About COMP 127

Welcome to COMP 127!

COMP 127 is Web Applications, where we learned the original ways of making web pages. Learning the original ways of making web pages is umm...important...ummm..because ...ummm...it...builds...umm...it builds character?

This is the first time that we will be offering this site as a fully open-source educational resource that accompanies our in-person class. It will be meant as an accompaniment to classes and the Canvas materials that have been defined.

While this site is live, please realize that most of the time you should be following what I or Canvas says. I am putting in a good chunk of time in making this site functional for you all.

This website and its resources will be published via GitHub, as it allows me to better edit and keep track of changes etc.

You should really check out the Syllabus though, this site will house that and you'll be able to get more information about the course, the grading policy, the course plan, etc from that page which will be what is most up to date.

You should use Canvas/Discord/me as the final say for any deadlines instead of what this site says. However, this site will house the majority of educational content and labs for the course.

This is my second time teaching this course.
